Refund & Cancellation Policy

Program or course registrations

Cancellation Before the Start of the Program

Clients may cancel their registration at any time. If cancellation occurs before the program begins, no fees or penalties will be charged, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Cancellation After the Program Has Started

If cancellation occurs after the program has started, the following fees may be charged:

• The cost of the classes already attended

• A penalty, as allowed by law, equal to the lesser of:

  • $50, or

  • 10% of the cost of the remaining unused classes

How to Cancel

To cancel a registration, the client must provide a written notice, clearly stating their intention to cancel. The contract is considered cancelled on the date the notice is sent.
